I needed to make one top-up on the 3rd of August because my balance was low and on the 5th I was charged again because I had one scheduled top-up.
Is there any possibility of canceling the last top-up and getting a refund?
Hi @Giovana_17340 welcome to 3Community. if a top up completes it's non-refundable. If you pop up a PM with your name, number, full address and date of birth, I'd be happy to look at your account and see if there's anything we can do.
