International Data Package

Hi

I am a pre-pay personal customer. Is there the option to add an international data package for use while I am on holidays (outside the EU). I see that the option exists for business customers but as a personal customer all I can add are texts and calls.

Hi @Jean_13543 👋 yes we do have some add ons which give data when travelling. The easiest way to find out which add ons are compatible with your plan is by logging in to your My3 and clicking on Manage Services.

I had already looked at the packages available under manage services and the only data add-ons are for the EU and Ireland which is not what I need.
