Is my prepaid plan data actually unlimited or just 26GB?
Hello, i got my SIM card today and am using the €20 prepaid with all you can eat data plan. However, when i made a 3 account just now to check the plan, it says i have only 26GB, not the unlimited that i thought i had paid for. Is this right? TIA
Hi there, @Amy_54025 welcome to 3Community. If you're on the €20 plan, this means that you get All You Can Eat Data at home in the Republic of Ireland, and you also get 26GB of data that can be used in the EU. When you're logged into your My3 account, if you click on My3 Account just under your name and then Allowances, do you see both allowances?
