Not receiving authentication messages

Folks I joined three from vodafone today and I cannot get verification / authentication messages from Revolut and Bank . I have checked the community pages here and I see it’s a very common problem - I have a new phone - new sim - old vodafone number - can anyone help please because I have been onto three customer care 3 times today for over two hours and they haven’t  clue on what to do . I am regretting moving already
