Refund top up

I've top up €15 from my Internet Banking app and the plan hasn't been activated. I contacted web chat support and they told me the plan was expired and I should have top up €30 instead. how can I get a full refund of the €15 I top up?

@UVV Hi there, from the details you've given I'm guessing you are on our 3 Prepay 30 plan and were availing of the half-price promotion that ended on October 31st? Take a look over here for more details 👉 click here To activate 3 Prepay 30 since November 1st you need to top-up by €30 in one go. Regarding your €15 top-up, you can spend this on calls and texts outside your plan and also for 3Billing. However, it's not possible to refund a top-up.
