Revert to older plan

Hi, I just topped up and had been on a pre pay plan for a long time and didn't realise that the newer 3 prepay 20 would not leave you with €20 credited. I just thought 60 minutes would be added to the plan as it wasn't stated clearly. Is there anyway I can revert to my old plan of topping up by €20 and still being able to use the credit as that had worked for me for years and I use the credit for other things. I only changed it today and would like to change back within a cooling off period. How can I do this? Also when I topped up it cost €21, not €20.

What plan were you on? If you were on one of our legacy plans like 3Pay then it won't be possible to move back as this plan is no longer for sale.

As for your top up, the extra €1 is a security measure to verify your card and this will be returned to your account. Usually, this can take 3-5 working days depending on your bank.

Thanks for letting me know about the extra euro. 

And that's unfortunate about the plan, is there no cooling off period for choices?
