Hi, I just got a prepay 3 number and don't even get a chance to answer before it hangs up on the incoming call. I tried using the code to extend the time but just get an error message. I contacted customer service and they said they extended the time to 30 seconds but it still hasn't been extended and hangs up after about 3 rings. 

Can anyone help please.
