Hi there, I have attempted to buy the 35 euro roaming add on numerous times by topping up my account. I had only recently topped up by 20 euro for my regular prepay deal but by attempting to top up and get the roaming add on I have spent 95 euro and it is still saying I don't have enough in my account to buy the add on. The money has been debited from my account and I have received a text to say that money has been received. I am very disappointed that this has happened.
