Schedule Top up

I have added a card to the scheduled top up, and I lost the card which I had to cancel.

I wanna change the card but I am not able to.

I added a second card on the instant Top Up options but I am not able to remove the lost one.

 

I have only the option to add a card instead of remove, and I also when I try to add a thirdh card, it says I can add only two cards.

All that I want is remove the old card and keep only the new one.

Ho can I do it?

Hi @MarceloRoma are you trying to remove the card through the My3 App?

 

I just logged into my Prepay My3 account and when I clicked Top Up - Manage Cards there is an option to delete under each card. 

 

Can you please log into your My3 account here and let me know if you can see the option?
