Switching from Billpay to Prepay

Hi there,

I have recently moved abroad from Ireland and I would like to move my account from billpay to prepay. I will be returning to Ireland a few times a year so I would like to keep my number without paying the monthly bill when I'm out of town.

What is the best way to go about doing this?

If you're looking to move to Prepay all you need to do is contact one of Customer Care. Just click here to go through to our Messaging team, who will be more than happy to assist you. The team will need to confirm your account details but once they've done that they'll be able to get the ball rolling on moving your number to Prepay.
