Hi there, I taught I cancelled a recurring top up for ever 28 days on prepay but got charged again today for it.
I can't fine anywhere in my account to cancel the recurring top up and would like help to stop the recurring charge from happening.

I can help you with that, @Mark_84095. When you're logged into your My3 account, in the 'Your Balance' section, click on Schedule Top Up. Then, you'll need to click on Scheduled Top Ups in the menu at the top of the page. You'll see your scheduled top-up on screen, and there'll be a Delete button on the right of the top-up details.
