Terrible 5G data speeds

Hello,

 

I recently ported my number over from Vodafone to the Hero plan and I'm getting really bad 5G data speeds. I have a Samsung Galaxy S20+ 5G phone and I'm lucky to get 5MB when I'm receiving a 5G signal. Usually it's around 1-2MB and I have tested the speed in various parts of Dublin and it's still the same. I was advised by Three to get a replacement SIM, which I did, but it made no difference. I put both the old and new SIM cards in my partner's S21 5G phone... the speed is still really slow. I have also put a different 4G SIM in my phone, and I'm getting speeds of 30-40MB. Have also tried resetting network, testing the speed in safe mode etc and the speed is still very slow, so I really don't think it's an issue with my phone. 

 

Can anyone help me out or should I look at switching back to Vodafone? Thanks.
