My girlfriend ran out of credit this morning and is not able to recharge, so she asked me and after a few hours she received the message that she had recharged again, how to reverse a charge or refund?

I'd be happy to help you with this 😊 Your post says the top up difficulties and credit applied to your girlfriend's account is the number registered in her name? If it is she'll need to post here just like you did so that I can get the necessary info from her and verify her account.
