Unable to Add Data Add On

I’ve visited the states for the past two weeks, and I just wanted to add a bit more data for my flight back. I’m getting an error message every time I try. I have the credit on my account and everything, and haven’t gotten this message before, so I’m not sure what to do. Thanks!
