Unlimited data

Hi there,

I have recently become a new customer for three and the plan I had it's unlimited data, for the last 2 weeks I haven't had any data and this is starting tp be annoying as I'm on holiday and I can't use maps to travel around or check my revolut account.

Hi @Natalia_41045 👋 welcome to 3Community. This is not what I like to hear but I'd love to help you with this. Firstly, are you outside of Ireland? Are you having any difficulties with your other services (calls or texts)?

If you are roaming outside of Ireland is your data roaming setting in your phone switched on?
