Webtext confirmation texts arriving 12 hours late

Hi,

Anytime I try to log into send a webtext in the evening I get the confirmation text 12 hours later the next morning. I opened case 3208617 on July 7th and was assured it would be solved within 10 working days. As far as I can tell nothing has happened, I contact live chat for an update and everytime i waste 30 mins of my time for them to tell me there's no update, it's very frustrating.

I notice a "My cases" in the three homepage but this case doesn't show up in my list.

I wanted to esculate the case here, can somebody take a look and tell me what is going on please? I have had no news at all in the 4 weeks since opening.
