Bill pay - changing to a Business plan

Hi, was wondering what my options are to switch to a Business Bill Pay plan.

I am currently on a personal bill pay plan. It is a 24 month contract, I have about 10 months left on this contract.
I will be soon working as a vet as using my phone for work so I need unlimited minutes for calls - I was wondering would it be possible to move my phone over to a business bill pay plan even though I still have some time left on my other contract?
