Cannot make calls since purchasing add on

Purchased a new 3 phone yesterday ,while in the store I asked the assistant to add the €5 100 min add on to my account ....she did this ,I got home ,inserted sim card in new phone and 12 hours later and after one hour chattin to on line help I still have no calls ...any ideas anyone ?this has happened me before when either changing tariff or purchasing an add on and it takes the technical team 10 days to rectify ...any ideas on a quick solution thanks .

@Denman1966 Hello there! Let's check this out. Tell me, which price plan are you on? Any change in your calls since you posted? How about your texts and mobile data? Are they working ok? The more info I have here the better so let me know 👍

 

 

5 times this has happened in the past ...always when I change tariff or
purchase an add-on...I still have no calls so today I purchased a vodafone
sim ...I cannot wait until October 7th to be without calls ...bye bye 3
