Charged for data even though I have 500mb data plan
Hi, I bought a €4.99 500mb data add on, but was charged for data even though the app shows I still have 69% of the 500mb remaining. I now have no credit, and I've spoken to the live chat who agreed to refund me. But my data allowance still isn't working, I just get a message saying 'you're out of prepay credit'. Why isn't the data plan working?
