How to Update Top Up Details

If you have a saved 'Payment Method' in your My3 account, and you receive a new credit/debit card, you will need to update the 'Payment Method'.

Updating your 'Payment Method'

• Log in to your My3 account by clicking here.
• Click 'Top Up Now'.
• Select 'Payment Methods' from the menu at the top.
• Select 'Edit or Add Card'.
• Enter your new details and click 'Save'.

Alternatively, if you would like to top up by Apple Pay, Google Pay, or PayPal:

• Choose Apple Pay, Google Pay, or PayPal as your payment method in the payments section.
• If using Apple Pay, ensure you're on a Safari browser (Mac only) or any mobile browser. 
• If using Google Pay or PayPal, it works across all supported devices and browsers.

Remember: If your card has expired or you have received a new card from your bank, you will need to update your card details on the My3 app to continue using your card.
