Topup didn't appear on my phone and my Dad was charged twice

Hi there!

My Dad topped me up online yesterday evening 20 euro. He got an error message saying the transaction didn't go through.

He tried a second time, again 20euro and received the same message.

Today he says that his credit card has been charged 40euro but I still have no credit on my phone.

Please help.

Can you ask your Dad if both payments are showing as 'Completed' when he checks his banking online? I'm wondering if one is showing as 'Pending' as these generally pop back into the account after a day or two. Let me know 😀
