Unable to Top-Up online or schedule Top-Up
Every time I want to top-up via the website or via the 3 app, I get a message saying 'Oops... We're currently experiencing some unexpected problems'. I've been in contact about this before and I got a text from 3 Care on 16th November saying 'Your query is resolved' but it hasn't been resolved. In August I got a new phone from 3 and replaced the number that came with it with my old phone number. This may be part of the problem? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.
