Hi guys, I have just received an update from our tech team about this. When you log into your webtexts now you will receive an option to import your contacts. When you select “yes” your contacts will be updated.

Are you able to access the webtext platform today? We’re aware that some customer are getting this error and we’re working to restore the service as soon as possible.

Our technical team are working on getting this back up and running as soon as possible. We hope to have this resolved soon.

Hi JD 👋 Our technical team are aware of this affecting customers and are working on getting this resolved as quickly as possible. I haven't been given a time frame on this.
