The following describes how to disable pop-up blockers on the most popular internet browsers:
Please note that if you wish to use Live Chat on three.ie, you must first disable your pop-up blocker.
Google Chrome
- Click on the WRENCH icon (this may also appear as three dots, but it is always on upper right-hand corner).
- Click on SETTINGS.
- Scroll to PRIVACY and security.
- Click on Site settings.
- Scroll down to Content and select Pop-ups.
- Click OK.
Firefox
Windows
- Select Settings.
- Select Privacy & Security.
- Scroll to Permissions.
- To disable all pop-ups, uncheck the Block pop-up windows radio button.
- Select Close.
Mac
- Click Firefox.
- Click Preferences.
- Select Content.
- Un-check Block pop-up windows.
Safari
- Click Safari in the menu bar.
- Click Preferences.
- Navigate to Websites - Pop-up windows.
- Uncheck the box next to Block pop-up windows.
Edge
- In Edge, go to Settings and Cookies and site permissions
- Select Pop-up and redirects.
- Turn on the Block
