Landline Call Waiting
What is Call Waiting?
Call Waiting alerts you using a tone while you are on a call that a second call is trying to get through.
You can either ignore the second call or put the first call on hold and speak to the second caller. You can even switch between calls as often as you like.
To have Call Waiting activated on your number:
- Call Three Technical Service Desk on 1800-800-002 and press option 1.
This is for existing Three Landline customers.
Turn on Call Waiting:
- (Touch Tone phone/push-button telephone is required to activate this service.)
- To set up Call Waiting, dial *43#
- To turn off Call Waiting, dial #43#
- To answer the second call, Press R & 2
- To switch between calls, Press R & 2
- Terminate the current call and return to the other, Press R & 1
