Landline Caller ID
Caller Display allows you to see the telephone number of an incoming call before you answer the phone.
To view the caller's number, you must have CPE (customer-premises equipment or customer-provided equipment) with the capability to display numbers and you must also have the Caller Display service on your line.
The incoming number will not be displayed if the caller has restricted presentation of their number, or the call originated in another network that does not forward numbers to Three. The caller must also have CLIP (Calling Line Identification Presentation) on their line.
There is no recurring or set up charge for this service
To enable Caller ID on your line:
- Call Three Technical Service Desk on 1800-800-002 and press option 1.
