SIM Only
We don't offer phone insurance for SIM Only customers.
No Exclusions Period
Even better, there is also no exclusion period, meaning your phone is covered as soon as you take out the Three SOS Insurance policy.
No Contract, Cancel Anytime

How do I claim with Three SOS Insurance?
It's easy, submit your claim through our online claims portal by clicking here. Better yet, our claims portal is available 24/7.
Once your claim is assessed, our team will be in touch to agree on the next steps. If your claim is approved, we will arrange for a courier to come and collect it.

How do I cancel Three SOS Insurance?
If for any reason you’d like to cancel your insurance, you can do so by contacting Customer Care, simply chat to our messaging team here or by calling 1913.
IMPORTANT: If your phone has been lost or stolen, please make sure to contact Three Customer Care on 1913 within 48 hours of the incident so that we can suspend your SIM card.
