If you receive any call claiming to be from Three and are unsure of its legitimacy, hang up and call us back on 1913, leave a comment below, or contact us on X/Facebook or Instagram to confirm with our Customer Care Team.
Not sure if you are signed up to receive these calls? Take a look in the ‘Permissions & Preferences’ section on My3. If you haven’t selected ‘Phone’ contact permissions and would like to receive phone calls from Three Loyalty, click ‘Edit’, check the ‘Phone’ box, and click ‘Save’. You will then be added to the Loyalty team calling list.
