I didn't receive the invoice for the purchase of new phone

on September 11th I went to Three's store and bought a new phone and so far I haven't received the proof of this purchase by e-mail as agreed with the attendant. I want to receive the receipt as soon as possible , but I don't find any option on the site to open the request. How can I ask without having to go to the store again?
