Deteriorating service at least 4 days before top up due

I have two 3 Internet boxes in my home. Every single month, at least 4 days or more, before the top up is due, the speed and connection is horrendous.  Both are all you can eat data. It's as if someone is trying to trick you into topping up almost a week ahead of sccheduke every month. Getting really sick of it and looking into alternative suppliers.
