I signed up for Three plus and received a €10 voucher for Elverys however they don’t recognise the code I have given them at checkout?

Sorry to hear you are having difficulties with the voucher. This voucher is an eVoucher, and I've double-checked and it needs to be added when you're checking out, in the "Apply Elverys Discount code" section. Is this where you are getting an error?
