Hi, I won tickets to see MUSE play in the Three Arena. The show was last Thursday. I was assured I'd receive the tickets through email. I contacted Three by phone a couple of times in the two weeks leading up to the concert to confirm email address and I was constantly assured I'd receive tickets. They never arrived and my husband and I were so disappointed. Has this happened any other competition winners?. My name was printed as a winner on the Three website.
