I missed a call from Three Plus on 19th June @ 4.30pm. I phoned the number back and an automated voice said, you missed a call from Three Plus but don't worry, we'll call you back shortly. I am still yet to receive another call. I called Three/emailed and was eventually told that I had won a competition but nobody in customer service can help me and the Three Plus agent never left any notes on my account other than, DRUMHIL@THREE+PLUS. Can anyone help?
