Electric picnic tickets

Hi , I received a call from a guy claiming to be from 3 and said I have won tickets for electric picnic ? When I went into store they said 3 never call ? And it was more than likely a scam ? Is this true ?

Hi there Stacy I have the same query my boyfriend  received the same call above “Hi , I received a call from a guy claiming to be from 3 and said I have won tickets for electric picnic”  but he also said he would call him back after the bank holiday to see what prize he would give him as sooon as my boyfriend got his account in his name as it was in his mothers name when it was first was set up but he has changed the account to his name now and has not received a call since the number was (01) 6120 3660 would you please be able as soon as you can I can give you his name and contact number

Hi @Ab_82978 this would be very unusual as to be a winner the registered owner has to accept on the call. I can look into this for him but he'll need to contact us himself as I'll need to access his account and complete security.
