July 2023:
Our existing user recognition programme has been in place for some time now, and we feel it could benefit from having a bit of an upgrade. So, to ensure that our 3Community members can enjoy all the benefits they deserve, we are planning to launch a new user recognition programme over the month of July 2023.
The Superstars programme aims to reward and recognise membership contributions on the 3Community platform. The programme will introduce four core roles, with a host of new ranks, and a brand new activity badge feature. Our Superstars will be recognized on a regular basis with all existing members and all new users entering the programme being recognised for their engagement and their peer-to-peer support.
And as they gain more experience, and become more engaged - their rank status will grow with them, reflecting their achievements and highlighting their knowledge and skill.
We will be updating this page with more details as we begin to deliver this exciting new programme (see updates section below), so be sure to check back often and keep an eye on our landing page carousel to see any new updates as they appear.
While some interruption to 3Community services may occur, we will try to keep this to a minimum, and while we work to deliver our Superstar programme, we will also be running a series of competitions to help celebrate the success of 3Community over the last number of years. So be sure to enter as many as you can, and as often as you would like!

Tue 8th August 2023:
Thanks to all of our 3Community members - both new and existing, for all your support and patience as we delivered our new reward programme over the month of July. We have now successfully deployed the new roles and ranks mentioned above and are in the process of monitoring those updates as well as reviewing your feedback and making minor changes / improvements where required.
Our next step is to deliver the new Badges feature to you as soon as we can in August, this will be a more visible and tangible update and as always we welcome any feedback you would like to share with us.

You can see similar lists of badges related to your own activity - appearing on your own 3Community profile page as well. And if you click on the arrow at the end of the badge icon list you will be brought to the full list of all available badges - where you will see all of the badges you have attained as well as the badges you are yet to reach (these will appear as greyed out on your list).
To view more information about each badge just click on it and it will display some helpful information text.
