Wasn't really sure where to post this but I'm having a problem sending webtexts using 3G.
I bought a 1Gb prepay data add-on yesterday but when I log in to webtext through 3G I cant send any webtexts at all.
This is not a problem at all using Wi-Fi.
I have an iPhone 4 running iOS 7.

Hi mickp1968, are you able to use the internet on your phone and access other internet based apps? Were you able to send webtexts previously? What is happening when you try to send one?

My apologies for not replying sooner.
Yes, I have no problems using the internet or using other internet based apps.
I'm using 3ireland.ie as my APN.
The only app I have problems using is JellySMS. When I use it, it says that I cannot log in to the service provider.
When I navigate to the Three site, I can do everything except send a Webtext.

We do have a known issue with Webtexts Mick, so this would causing it.
We're working to have resolve as soon as possible.
