How do i read a media message that was sent. Can see it when i log into legacy mms but cant seem to open it.

These should come up on your phone what device are you using?

cant get it on my phone which is ancient so am on the website but cant open anything

Unfortunately you won't be able to receive MMS with that phone. as with the link you are unable to view the image.
