Account Credit - Billpay

Hi, Just a query, I have resolved my cancellation of contract issue and there's credit applied to my account. I was just wondering is this received as a refund to my bank or does it mean that in the case my bills for the next 2 months are for that amount, I then have no deductions. Thanks a million

@Ef1 I'm glad to hear your cancelation query has been resolved 😊 To answer your question if credit has been applied to your account then it'll go towards future bills.
