Changing provider

Hi there, I am looking to change provider. I am nearing the final two months of my contract and see that other providers are providing great deals for new customers. If I want to exit my contract early, who do I need to contact?

Hey @Add_42890 , Welcome to the 3Community 🙂

 

That's not what we like to hear however if you are leaving the contract early you can either request to port your number with the new Network or you can also contact 1913 to request 30 days cancellation notice on the account however you will incur an early termination fee for the remaining days on your account. Alternatively, if you are within the last 60 days you will be able to view the upgrade options available on your account on My3 or by calling 1913.
