Track your Usage
If your plan comes with inclusive minutes, texts or data, it is important to regularly check your usage. If not, you may exceed your allowances. If you are nearing your allowance limit, we recommend reducing your usage until your allowance resets.
Prepay Customers
- To check your credit balance, freetext BALANCE to 50272, or check your My3 account.
- To see what you have been spending your credit on, log in to your My3 account and click My3 Account - Allowance - view Detailed Usage.
Bill Pay Customers
- To check your remaining minutes, texts or data, freetext BALANCE to 50272.
- To view your inclusive units, freetext EVERYTHING to 50272.
- You can also track your usage by logging in to My3. Click on My3 Account - Allowance - view Detailed usage.
Broadband Customers
Broadband customers can track their usage by logging in to My3. Click My3 Account - Allowance - view Detailed usage.
