I'd be happy to help you resolve this here, firstly have you checked the My3 account for both numbers to check if either number was topped up twice. If one of the numbers has been topped up twice then I would recommend that the account holder contacts us via PM and we can check this further on the account for them.
If you are seeing the transactions on your banking app as a pending payment but it has not been processed to the account then this would be reverted back to your account automatically by your bank within 7-10 working days.
