As most of you will know, your 3Community won the Khoros Kudos Award 2022 for Best-in-Class: Community, and we were so proud of the growth that our 3Community experienced in 2023, that we decided to enter again this year.
Well, we are delighted to share the good news that even though we didn't manage to claim the top prize for two years in a row, your 3Community was celebrated as a runner-up in the Khoros Kudos Award 2023 for Best in Class: Digital Customer Service! 🎉
While we didn't achieve first place in the awards this year, we are over the moon to have our 3Community recognised as a thriving online community for two years running. Congratulations to all of our members, who helped us grow to over 100,000 3Community members this year, and made our recognition as a runner-up for the Khoros Kudos Awards 2023 possible.
