Can't login on my3 app but can on browsers

So as the title suggests, I can't log in on my3 app, it spits out an error code 7 incorrect username or password, but it works fine when logging in on browsers.

Phone is a oneplus 7 pro running android 11

@JustAnotherGuy Hi there, that's unusual! I'm guessing you've tried removing the app and reinstalling it? If not, give that a go and let me know how it goes. Also, is it possible to try it on a different device?

Yeah the issue seem to also occur on other devices, 3plus also seem to have this login issue for me

@JustAnotherGuy it is a weird one, are you using your ThreeID and your email to sign in?
