Cannot enter cash machine on 57557 text no.

Up to 2 months ago I could enter cash machine on 57557. Now when I try to enter I receive couldn't send message. Please can anyone advise. 

I have tried deleting the txt thread, contact details and re entering them but still no luck

Have you tried sending via another messaging app. 

It could be the Google messaging app thinking it's an rcs and not a plain text message

I'm not using the Google messaging app I use the Samsung default one.

Can you try with the Google one?

The Google one was the problem for me, you need to try the actual phone one as androids default to the Google one

Hi there @GigiMoloney I'd be happy to have a look at this for you. I'll just need you to send a PM with your personal details; name, number, full address and date of birth. I'll also need you to confirm the make and model of your phone and the last time you tried to text 57557. Also, if you have the number saved in your phone please delete it and any thread to it, power off and on your phone and try again.
