Cannot enter cash machine on 57557 text no.

Up to 2 months ago I could enter cash machine on 57557. Now when I try to enter I receive couldn't send message. Please can anyone advise. 

I have tried deleting the txt thread, contact details and re entering them but still no luck

@PrinceCharming84 I can see here that we were speaking to you here about this in PM, were you able to check the SIM card in a separate phone to rule out a device fault.

I used the actual phone messaging app, not Google messaging app and it worked

Also, please let me know the make and model of your phone and when was the last time that you tried to enter the competition?

I've the same problem. Switched to three recently and I can't enter competitions 🤷🏻
