Error 38

Hi, I've switched to a new device (Samsung one plus Nord) and am unable to send regular text messages/calls. I transferred my old sim into this phone and I can recieve messages/calls from people just fine but am unable to send them as 'error 38' keeps popping up. I can call/message fine on WhatsApp got example but in the default messaging system I cannot. Please help

Hi @Add_15357 👋 Are you experiencing difficulties sending texts? If you are please give me some info on what you're experiencing, like how long has this been an issue, are you getting an error message and what type of phone you're using?

I had neglected to preface an international number with 00! The problem
is fixed now!
