Help what does Not registered on network mean

Hi new tothis, my phone won t allow me to make or receive phone calls. Spent 1.5hours on chat with customer service and was told technical would be in touch December 26th! Any help or advice welcomed.

I did ask if it was a sim card issue but no answer. Please help

So that I can look into this can you tell me exactly what you are experiencing? Also, did this issue start before you got your new phone or only since you started using your new phone?
