Data not working

Hi, my data is not working. I am bill pay and I am in Ennis where coverage is fine. It even shows good coverage but I can't access Internet.

Same!! My data isn’t working. 4G symbol is showing but the internet isn’t loading for me

I have checked the masts in the Ennis area and I can confirm that they are currently up and running, can you check if there is a Software update on your phone that needs to be installed and then restart your phone to check of you have coverage again?
