I subed to 3 home broadband but I'm getting really no Internet speed at all, company sells the router said it should work from information I gave them
Hey @novicfps, I can help you here with this, can you confirm either the Three Device that you are using or the name of the plan that you are on and I can help you with the troubleshooting steps.
I have checked this here for you and the HUAWEI B315S isn't a router that we sell however I would recommend contacting the company you purchased the device from to check if this is network unlocked and once you have confirmed this I would recommend using the user manual to manually select the Three network.
