I have had issues with my Nokia 5.3 phone since Thursday. I have been using it on the Three Prepay 30 plan for up to 2 years. However the screen on it has broken on it for the last while.
The top of it's screen had begun to hang off from inside the handset since Thursday evening. My battery charger supplied with the phone has also begun to start failing on me since Friday.
The phone still works for now. Although it has been a real struggle for me to keep it going since then.
I was also trying to use the 3Plus app to get a new phone. I clicked on an offer by clicking on the upgrade now button.
It was offered to customers between the 4th and 9th of January. However it lead me onto a blank screen on the website. Is that meant to be normal?
Thanks for reaching out to us here on 3Community @Dublinman31. This is not what I like to hear, are you using the latest version of the app? Have you tried to log in to 3Plus via the site instead of the app? If you haven't click here.
Alternatively, you can upgrade through your My3 app. If you continue to have difficulties let me know and if possible grab some screenshots of the error you are getting.
